Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember but especially as I’ve gotten older and started to develop my own sense of what I like! I listen to music every time I do a workout, so I thought why not make a playlist to use during labor? I started googleing labor and delivery playlists, and to be honest I was a bit thrown off. Maybe it’s just me but do you really need to listen to Push It by Salt-N-Pepa just because you are going to be pushing out a baby…? Therefore, this playlist is a little less literal and more about creating a relaxing and positive mood!
